MODELS

Onsite-Offsite-Offshore Model

In this model, Oprato's resources will be working at the client's location; Oprato's offsite location as well as from offshore locations. This model is more useful for critical projects and for big projects that need 24x7x365 support as well as lot of coordination to get the tasks done. This model is suitable for mission critical systems and high visibility clients. 

Offsite-Offshore Model

In this model, Oprato's resources will be working at offsite location and at offshore locations. This model is more useful for handling daily issues resolution tasks and monitoring the existing systems. Other activities like installations, upgrades etc. will also be supported in this setup. The client can interface with an offsite domestic resource, which eliminates the feeling of long distance support. Another advantage of this model is the availability and scalability of resources quickly to address any client emergencies, additional workloads, or planned activities. This model has enormous cost-savings and delivers business value to the client.

Onsite- Offshore Model

In this model, majority of Oprato's resources will be located at offshore locations and there will be an onsite resource to take care of the activity coordination between the client and the offshore team. This model is useful for daily coordination type project support activities as go-lives etc.

Offshore Model

In this model, Oprato's resources are completely located at offshore locations and all the coordination etc. is handled by client resources. This again is very cost-effective but requires the client resources to take care of the coordination. Usually, the above model can be achieved by initially having the Oprato resources onsite, handling the coordination with offshore teams. These resources can learn about the client processes and train the offshore team accordingly. Client support teams can also be trained in parallel to bring them up to speed.
